Manufacturing capabilities

From a rough concept
to a finished run.

Whether you have a sample, a technical drawing, or an idea that needs development, we can review the project and establish a practical path to production.

  • Product development, pattern development, and sampling
  • Industrial sewing and bar tack reinforcement
  • Laser cutting for compatible textiles and laminates
  • Webbing, padding, lining, zipper, and hardware integration
  • Material selection and sourcing coordination
  • Custom fabric tag and label manufacturing, finishing, and packaging coordination

Material options may include Cordura nylon, coated fabrics, pack cloth, webbing, laminates, and foam. Domestic, Berry compliant, and NIR material requirements can be reviewed during quoting; availability and suitability depend on the project.

How it works

A clear path to production.

01

Share the brief.

Send your concept, intended use, estimated quantity, reference images, and target timeline.

02

Define the build.

We review construction, materials, branding, development needs, and project pricing.

03

Approve the sample.

For projects requiring development, finalize the sample and specifications before the production run.

04

Make it happen.

Once details and terms are approved, we schedule production, complete the run, and prepare it for delivery.

Project planning

Good details.
Better quotes.

The more you can share up front, the more useful our initial review will be. You do not need a complete technical package to start a conversation.

What should I include in a quote request?

Your business name, product description, estimated order quantity, dimensions, preferred materials and colors, branding requirements, and target delivery date. Include a target unit cost if you have one. Mention any drawings, samples, or reference photos you can provide.

What are your minimum order quantities?

Minimums vary by product complexity, material requirements, color count, and customization. Send your estimated quantity so we can review the right production approach for your project.

Can you work from an existing design?

Yes. We can review your specifications, patterns, or physical sample and discuss manufacturing requirements. We can also review projects that need pattern development or prototyping.

How much does development cost, and how long does production take?

Development costs, sample requirements, and production lead times are quoted individually. They depend on the design, material availability, order volume, and production schedule.
