Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Arizona, USA.

Orders are fulfilled in the order received. As of May 1st, 2026 the Lead Time is 2 weeks. If you cannot wait, we highly encourage you to buy from your local or preferred online retailer.

Custom or made-to-order products may require additional lead time. If you have questions regarding specific lead times, please contact us at info@aridmfg.com prior to placing your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier, service level, and destination.

We currently offer USPS and UPS shipping options for both domestic and international orders.

• Domestic Orders (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after fulfillment if no posted lead time.

• International Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

Shipping Delays, Lost Packages & Carrier Issues

Once an order has shipped, delivery delays, tracking issues, or service disruptions are outside of our control. However, we stand behind our customers and will assist to the best of our ability in resolving any shipping-related issues.

Delayed or lost packages are not grounds for refunds or chargebacks.

If a package appears lost or has not updated, we must allow 7–10 business days after the last tracking update, as required by USPS and UPS, before submitting a lost package claim.

Once a carrier investigation is completed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

• Sending a replacement shipment, or

• Assisting the customer with reimbursement through the carrier, if applicable

We are committed to supporting our customers throughout the shipping process and will work with you to reach a fair resolution whenever issues arise.

APO/FPO/DPO

We proudly ship to military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please allow extra time for delivery as these shipments are routed through military mail systems.
