Refund policy
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for orders placed directly through ARID Manufacturing.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt and approval at our discretion
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Warranty
Slings: Lifetime Unconditional

Warranty coverage applies to manufacturer defects and normal wear and tear

Approved warranty claims are replacement only and are not eligible for refunds
If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item at no cost and cover all replacement shipping.
If the issue is related to normal wear and tear, we will offer a replacement, with shipping costs covered by the customer.
- Damaged Package Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for damaged shipments
Scrim & Misc: Limited
Scrim products and miscellaneous accessories are covered by a limited warranty.

Warranty coverage applies to manufacturer defects only

Scrim is considered a consumable item and is subject to wear, fraying, stretching, cutting, snagging, and environmental damage during normal use

Damage resulting from installation, modification, misuse, or environmental exposure is not covered
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellation may be approved at our discretion. Approved cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If the wrong item or quantity was selected and the order has not yet shipped, email us and we will correct the order. Any difference in cost must be paid by the customer before order ships.
Sales, Promotions & Order Policy
Promotional pricing is valid only during the advertised sale period.
We do not offer price adjustments, partial refunds, or retroactive discounts for orders placed outside of promotional periods.
Pricing changes, future promotions, or discount offers do not apply to previously placed orders.
All orders are considered final once submitted and cannot be modified or canceled due to pricing changes or future promotions.
